Post-Workout / Recovery

Post-workout or recovery supplements are taken after exercise to help the body repair muscles, reduce soreness, and restore energy. They often contain protein (to rebuild muscle), carbohydrates (to refuel energy stores), electrolytes (to rehydrate), and sometimes amino acids like BCAAs. Taking a post-workout supplement within 30–60 minutes after exercise can speed up recovery and support better performance in future workouts.
